What I pack for oversea travels and how I approach Lyme Disease!

Nutritional supplements, natural "pharmacy", books and other necessities!

Which one of these goodies would you take on your trip?

Packing up for my trip to India. Making sure all my nutritional and bodily needs are naturally taken care of while doing a yoga teacher training and some healing time in Kerala.

I‘ve been struggling with overall joint pain for a good while. Finally my blood test results diagnosed me with lyme disease just recently. Now my body needs me more than ever! I don’t agree with western medicine’s approach of long lasting antibiotic cures though. Rather will I work on creating an environment in my body which is not beneficial for the borrelia bacteria naturally. Oregano, Thyme and Myrrh Oil, an increased vitamin and mineral intake and heat shall help. Can’t wait to get some sunshine on my skin and fully emerge in my learning and healing journey in India.

All my essential supplements and body care products are taken care of by

Wouldn‘t want to miss any of it!

Plus, they make it possible for me to travel and still have an income.

If you're curious about any of these products, ingredients and what they actually do, feel free to shoot me a message.

And of course some good reads give me company on my trip:
