SET YOUR VIBE - 21 DAY CHALLENGE


FIRST download the files and create a playlist in the right order

1) Dance songs

2) Yoga Session or Intuitive Yoga music for your own flow

3) Guided Meditation/Hypnosis



STEP 1

dance, shake and sing your heart out :)



STEP 2

get into a 15 min guided yoga session or some intuitive stretching/yoga



STEP 3

Savasana: take time to feel your body in silence for a couple of minutes after all this movement - breathe & let go



STEP 4

apply essential oils on the suggested areas



STEP 5

listen to the same guided meditations/Hypnosis for 21 days



STEP 6

smile, feel the gratitude for taking this time for yourself and start your day
